1. Definitions and Applicability

The following terms are used with specific meanings throughout these terms and conditions:

• "betil" or "Platform" — The betil.cam website and all services provided under it.
• "Member" or "User" — Any person who holds a registered account on betil.
• "Services" — All games, betting options, live casino and related features offered by betil.
• "Account Balance" — The total funds held in a member's account.
• "Bonus Funds" — Promotional credits granted by betil that are subject to conditions of use.

2. Eligibility and Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 for each method.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 10–45 minutes.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. betil returns funds exclusively to the member's own payment method — no transfers to third-party accounts will be made.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• If wagering requirements are not met before placing bets with bonus funds, withdrawal requests may be rejected.
• Claiming more than one bonus from the same person, household or IP address is prohibited.
• betil reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

• In the event of a network disconnection, account balance management will be governed by server records.

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fair play.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Attempting to infiltrate, hack or carry out any cyber attack on the betil system.
• Harassing, deceiving or providing false information to other members.
• Using another person's identity or payment method.
• Attempting to gain unfair advantage by exploiting technical errors.

If any such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and all balances may be forfeited. Where necessary, relevant information will be provided to law enforcement authorities.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, betil's total liability shall in no case exceed the member's account balance.
